Like food, flowers and plants are perishable, and will require proper care and control to maintain their integrity. Therefore, returns are not typically a possibility. If there is an issue regarding floral quality, either the buyer or the recipient must contact Garden of Eva within 24 hours of pickup or delivery in order to be considered for a refund, account credit, or a replacement.

That said, if there is any kind of issue with your arrangement please let us know right away! We are pretty easy-going and care a great deal about your satisfaction. Surely we can work something out together.
Every floral arrangement we create - no matter how big or small, nor the occasion - is custom-designed and entirely designer's choice. Although we are happy to consider special requests, including specific colors, florals, design, or vase/vessel style, we will almost never identically replicate any other floral work - whether it's our own design or shared via inspiration images.

Some exceptions may apply, however, so don't hesitate to ask if you need something super specific!
